Inside Sales Concierge (Entry-Mid Level)

The Inside Sales Concierge will be responsible for the full sales cycle – qualifying, nurturing and closing inbound leads while serving as a supporting member of the concierge team. They will work with sales leadership to meet the company’s short- and long-term goals while creating community through active participation. In addition, team member will ensure the front desk operates efficiently providing outstanding professional service for ATLAS Workbase members and guests throughout all stages of their stay.

Specific Sales Duties (Approx. 70%)
  • Serve as the lead for tours and orienting/qualifying free trial prospects
  • Identify the needs and develop solutions for prospective and existing members
  • Manage the sales pipeline including monthly reporting
  • Responsible for prospect follow up and closed memberships, monthly goals and conversion rate factor into pay
  • Partner with operations team to ensure new members’ successful integration into the community
  • Develop relationships with members to ensure a positive experience; identify opportunities to connect members with one another
  • Represent the company at outside community and networking events
Specific Concierge Duties (Approx. 30%)
  • Provide front desk service with professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Assist guests and members in all matters including room and space reservations.
  • Coordinate with ATLAS Facilities to ensure the workspace is clean and presentable throughout the day and assist with general housekeeping as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 – 5 years sales or customer service experience, hospitality background a plus
  • Experience or willingness to use value-based consultative selling and ensuring that each potential customer walking in the door leaves with a full understanding of ATLAS
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office including Excel; CRM Experience
  • Experience accepting challenges, accepting full accountability, flexibility with scheduling and working independently with minimal supervision

Environmental Agent

As an Environmental agent with ATLAS Workbase, your primary responsible is to perform general janitorial and housekeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and office environment.

Key successes for this position are friendly and cooperative interactions with co-workers, members and guests of the business. Ensure all performed duties are completed in a professional and safe manner. Computer literacy is a plus, basic understanding of software programs to develop worksheets and documents.

Janitorial/Housekeeping responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Manage cleanliness of the work spaces and general common areas.
  • Properly utilize janitorial equipment/supplies as intended.
  • Be knowledgeable with proper cleaning processes and techniques.
  • Ensure surface areas are dusted and wiped regularly in all open work spaces and common areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors of spills and debris; vacuum, sweep, mop etc as needed.
  • Ensuring all glass windows and walls are free of residue, marks and scuffs.
  • Be able to properly dispose of trash from all receptacles throughout the work space, including general meeting rooms, kitchens, open office space.
  • Perform janitorial duties of cleaning the restroom and shower facility.
  • Ensure environmental practices are upheld.
  • Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
  • Housekeeping responsibilities include laundering towels, cleaning kitchens and appliances, dishware washing and restocking.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with guests, members and co-workers.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Follows safety procedures and protocols.
  • Understand and uphold company policies.
Physical Capabilities: Other duties
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Stand, bending stretching for long periods of time.
  • Be able to move furniture as needed for events and office changes.
  • Proper lifting and safety understanding.
